I’m running out the door because I’m always late, what do I need to know?

Take a deep breath and relax because you’re in for a truly awesome night. But next time, try to get there early since seating is on a first-come, first served basis. And please keep in mind that if you don't pickup your tickets by showtime, or if you haven't arrived 15 minutes after the show has started, there is a chance that your tickets may be released to the public for resale. Don’t forget your ID and some dollar dollar bills or a major credit card because there is the two drink minimum inside the showroom. Drive safely and we’ll see you soon!

When do doors open?

Doors can open anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half prior to a show.

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

There are 2 parking garages; 1 directly under Stand Up Live with one entrance on 1st Avenue and another entrance on Jefferson. There is also another parking garage located underneath the Palomar Hotel on Jefferson St. Best of all – we got you covered with VALIDATED parking for the first 3 hours! Just make sure to get validated before leaving the club. And if you stay longer than 3 hours, it's $4 for each additional hour.

Please note that the box office is on the first floor so you'll need to hit 1 to pick up tickets, or hit 2 if you've already printed them out at home and you can walk right in. And if you live downtown, you can walk up the steps from Central in between Washington and Jefferson

Where can I stay near the club?

What if I left something behind or lost something last night? Do you have a lost and found?

We sure do. We keep your valuable left-behinds locked away in the Manager’s Office, so you can email us at info@standuplive.com or give us a call at the box office and we’ll check if we have your items.

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day online or you can call the box office at 480-719-6100.

What is the refund policy?

All of our ticket sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for tickets.

I'm bringing a bag that's so big... even the airport won't check it! Is that okay?

Unfortunately, no. Purses and small handbags are fine, but no oversized bags or backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry also -- so leave the camcorder at home! The venue does reserve the right to refuse entry and to restrict any items at any time without prior notice.

What happens if a show is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for that show. If the show is rescheduled we may set refund limitations. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to originally purchase the tickets.

What are your box office hours?

Call hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 – 5 p.m. or 30 minutes after show time
Saturday & Sunday (if a show is scheduled): 5PM - 30 minutes after show time

Walk-up hours: (if a show is scheduled)
Wednesday & Thursday: 6PM
Friday & Saturday: 5PM
Sunday: 5PM
Box office closes 30 minutes after show time

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

No, but we highly recommend it since we can’t guarantee tickets will be available the night of the show.

Is food and drink included in the ticket price?

No, but we do have a full dinner menu with great food you wouldn't expect from a comedy club. And please remember that there's always a 2-drink minimum in the showroom (drinks can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic). You can see our full selection on the Menu tab of the website!

What kind of food/drinks are available?

Pretty awesome ones...and that’s coming from professional eaters and drinkers. Stand Up Live is taking the comedy club experience to the next level with great food, a full bar and great specialty drinks. You can see the full selection on the Menu tab of the website!

How old do I have to be to get into the club?

Our Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday late and Sunday shows are 18+ and all other shows are 21+ so don't forget your ID. Sadly, these age restrictions aren’t flexible. It’s not us, it’s The Man. We would like to allow everyone into the shows, but we just like our liquor license more.

Where are you located?

In the heart of downtown Phoenix at Cityscape, on the second floor next door to Lucky Strike.

How does seating work?

Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to show time for better seat selection.

Do you have handicap accessible seating?

When purchasing tickets please let us know your accessibility needs for seating accommodations. If your tickets were purchased online, please call our box office at 480-719-6100 in advance to make arrangements.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

You can always pick up your tickets at the box office, but if you purchase your tickets ahead of time – you can print out your tickets or pull them up on your smartphone!

Does the club have a dress code?

Yes and No. We want you to be comfortable, but we also don’t want you to make others around you uncomfortable, so dress to make your mother proud.

Can I take pictures during the show?

Out of respect to the performer(s) on stage and everyone seated around you ALL of the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during shows: flash photography, audio and/or video recording, and mobile devices including but not limited to calls and texts.

How long is each show?

The shows run approximately ninety minutes, but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!

How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?

Our website is always updated so you can visit www.standuplive.com where you can also sign up for our weekly emails, or you can become one of our insiders on Twitter, Facebook, or you can text "Laughs" to 82257 for VIP Info! Either way, you’ll be the first to know about special promotions, including free ticket offers. Plus, you can always email us to info@standuplive.com.

Is There A Wait-list for Sold Out Shows?

The night of the show, in the event that we have any no-show ticket-holders we on occasion are able to accommodate guests who are on our waiting list.

In order to be placed on the wait-list for a show, all guests must be at the Box Office IN-PERSON (we do not take any wait-list requests over email or the phone) no earlier than 1 hour prior to the showtime, as that is when the list starts.

Roughly 30 minutes after the show begins if we have any availability we will then begin to accommodate the waitlist.

We ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE any accommodations from the waiting list.

What if we get there early for the late show?

We'll thank you silently and invite you to enjoy our sweet atmosphere next door at Copper Blues to grab a drink, listen to some great music, eat some food, or stare at the arenas across the street dreaming about being a pro-athlete.

Do You Offer Military Discounts?

Occasionally we have promotional tickets for Eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families... please visit Veteran Tickets Foundation at www.vettix.org or First Tickets Foundation at www.1sttix.org to check availability (You must use an existing or create an account to request tickets).
