🎟️ TICKETS & SEATING

How does seating work?

All tickets come with table seating. Seating is first-come, first-served, and our hosts will assign you the next available table upon arrival. VIP tickets (if offered online) guarantee seats closer to the stage, while General Admission starts just behind VIP and continues toward the back. Want to sit together? Make sure your whole party arrives at the same time. If not, give us a call at (480) 719-6100 or email info@standuplive.com to arrange a reserved table in advance.

Do I have to buy tickets ahead of time?

We highly recommend it! While tickets might be available at the door, most shows sell out in advance.

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online 24/7 or you can call the box office at (480) 719-6100

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Where do I pick up tickets?

No need to pick anything up! Just show the ticket on your phone or print it at home.

Is there a waitlist for sold-out shows?

The night of the show, in the event that we have any no-show ticket-holders we on occasion are able to accommodate guests who are on our waiting list.

In order to be placed on the wait-list for a show, all guests must be at the Box Office IN-PERSON (we do not take any wait-list requests over email or the phone) no earlier than 1 hour prior to the showtime, as that is when the list starts.

Roughly 30 minutes after the show begins if we have any availability we will then begin to accommodate the waitlist.

We ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE any accommodations from the waiting list.


đźš— PARKING & ARRIVAL

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

There are 2 parking garages; the first is located directly under Stand Up Live with one entrance on 1st Avenue and another entrance on Jefferson St. The second garage is located underneath the Palomar Hotel on Jefferson St.

Best of all – we got you covered with VALIDATED parking for the first 3 hours! Just make sure to get validated before leaving the club. And if you stay longer than 3 hours, it's $5 for each additional hour.

**EVENT RATES**

If there is an Event going on Downtown, the garages may have increased Event Parking rates. Please notify the attendant when entering that you are going to Stand Up Live and they will waive the Event Entrance Fee. If there is no attendant at the Entry Gate, please push the help button and they will be able to assist.

Please note that the box office is on the first floor so you'll need to hit 1 for any box office assistance, or hit 2 if you're ready to check in. If you live downtown, you can walk up the steps from Central in between Washington St. and Jefferson St.

When do doors open?

Anywhere between 30 minutes to 90 minutes before showtime, depending on the show.

Running late?

We get it! But remember, seating is first-come, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes after showtime, your tickets may be released. Bring your ID, and don’t forget there’s a 2-drink minimum per person.

Where are you located?

We’re in downtown Phoenix at CityScape, on the second floor next to 810 Entertainment (Bowling Alley). Box office is on the first floor — hit 1 in the elevator to speak with a box office rep, or 2 if you're checking in.

🍽 FOOD & DRINK

Is food or drink included in the ticket price?

No, but we have a full dinner menu and a great bar. Just remember: 2-drink minimum per person in the showroom.

What kind of food and drinks do you serve?

Surprisingly awesome stuff! We’re not your average comedy club when it comes to food. Full bar, specialty drinks, and dinner menu available — check out the Menu tab on our website.


👥 AGE, ACCESSIBILITY & GROUPS

What's the age requirement?

18+ for any shows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday late (last show of the evening), and Sunday. Unless stated otherwise.
21+ for all other shows (includes Saturday shows) Unless stated otherwise.

Is there a dress code?

We’re casual, but keep it classy. Dress like you’re meeting your mom for dinner (and not to borrow money).

Do you have accessible seating (ADA SEATING)?

Yes. Just call us or email info@standuplive.com in advance so we can make arrangements.

Do you offer group packages?

What if I lost something at the club?

We’ve got a lost and found! Call the box office or email us and we’ll check if your item was turned in.

How long is the show?

Roughly 90 minutes, though it can vary slightly.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Nope. Flash photography, recording, and phone use (yes, even texting) are strictly prohibited during shows. Be present, enjoy the laughs!

What if a show gets canceled or rescheduled?

If that happens, we’ll contact you about refunds or rescheduling. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
